CUSTOM PATCHED HATS
Truth is, I have always been a hat guy. For as long as I can remember, I collected hats I thought were cool. We are experts in all of our services, but I really think we have the hat thing down to an art.
When direct embroidery isn't what you're looking for, or if your logo is so detailed it can't be sewn out by a machine, I highly recommend patches.
We specialize in a number of different types of patches let me walk you through the differences..
Leather Patches have been extremely popular the past few years, and for good reason. They just look classy! All our leather patches are made in house, which gives us the ability to produce any size or shape. They are able to capture phenomenal detail and even use different shading to create a "multiple shade" look. We do not use damaging heat presses to apply, either. I can't tell you how many hats I have seen people wearing, and it looks like someone ran over the hat before handing it to them. Crease lines belong on your Wranglers, not across your hat. (see pictures above for comparison)
Embroidered Patches give you the ability to have the embroidered look, but with the patch shape and contrasting background. They also help with price when ordering in bulk. The more we manufacture, the cheaper that patch will be- and we pass those savings on to you! (This is the case with PVC and Woven Patches as well)
Woven Patches are a lot like the embroidered patches, but are for the more detailed designs. It is amazing the detail you can get on a patch small enough to fit on a hat. Anything with multiple color or very small text this is the way to go!
PVC Patches are created with a dye injection mold. These rubber patches give a unique look and are available in any color and shape.
