PATCHED HATS 101

Truth is, I have always been a hat guy. For as long as I can remember, I collected hats I thought were cool. We are experts in all of our services, but I really think we have the hat thing down to an art.

When direct embroidery isn't what you're looking for, or if your logo is so detailed it can't be sewn out by a machine, I highly recommend patches. 

We specialize in a number of different types of patches let me walk you through the differences..

EMBROIDERED PATCH

Our embroidered patch is our stitched option that is highly customizable from the fonts to the color of stitching. It creates a 3D feel with a raised texture and creates high definition opportunities.

PVC/RUBBER PATCH

Our rubber patches are completely customizable with shape and color options. Anything is possible with these eye catching patches, these are great for that 3D look with vibrant colors.

SUBLIMATED PATCH

Our sublimated patch is the best way to showcase detail and color within your custom patch. It has a smooth texture that creates a classic and sleek look, this is best for small text and small detail within an image.

WOVEN PATCH

Our woven patch is a great option for small text but still gives you the stitching aspect. The threads within the woven option create a soft patch that will showcase color and letter definition well.

LEATHER PATCH

Our leather patches are truly one of a kind and a showstopper when it’s showcased on a hat. We offer color options for the leather with UV printing or you could go with a classic laser engraved look. Any shape is possible.

Once you design your patch you can then choose your location. Pick 1 location or all 6, your hat is completely customizable to your preferences. We can add embroidery to any of these locations as well.
